NAVNEET SINGH RATHORE (Director)

It all began with a quiet observation.

In the stillness of 2012, I found myself captivated by a simple yet profound sight—my uncle, the Late Shri Rajendra Singh Rathore, meticulously studying stock charts at his desk. His calm yet calculated demeanor piqued my curiosity, and though I hesitated at first, I accepted his invitation to learn the art of trading alongside him. We embarked on this journey together, my uncle guiding me through the initial steps with patience and wisdom. While he is no longer with us today, his spirit remains a guiding force, proud, I hope, of what we started together—a craft I've nurtured and mastered over the years. The lessons I carry from him are not just in trading but in life: patience, persistence, and the art of seeing beyond the obvious.

The Awakening of Curiosity

At first, my search for knowledge was scattered—a collection of random books, YouTube videos, and content from countless websites. The deeper I delved, the more I realized that theory was one thing, but practical implementation was an entirely different beast. The strategies I encountered were often mechanical, detached from the living, breathing nature of the markets. Yet, something within me knew there had to be more—something hidden beneath the surface, waiting to be discovered.

It was in that moment I took what I call *the red pill of trading*. I devoted myself to unraveling the complexities of the market, absorbing knowledge like a sponge. Yet, even after learning from over 50 different mentors worldwide, I found most of them were lost in the noise, promoting self-fulfilling prophecies instead of sound, logical strategies. This realization became a turning point. Trading was not about predicting the future but responding to the present with precision and clarity.

A Breakthrough in Price Action

By the summer of 2013, after countless hours of learning, failing, and reflecting, I stumbled upon a price action trading method rooted in logic and truth—not the vague, misguided methods that cluttered the internet but a method based on real, actionable insights. For six intense months, I immersed myself in this new approach, honing my skills and sharpening my instincts. It was then that I truly felt I had chosen a path not just for profit but for personal mastery.

The Creation of a System

As 2013 drew to a close, my confidence had grown. No longer was I merely following; I was creating. I began to build my own trading system, one that discarded emotional decision-making and embraced the discipline of rules, criteria, and scoring. It took me eight months to develop a robust framework where human emotion could not interfere. This was not just about trading anymore—it was about survival in the chaotic and ever-shifting world of financial markets. By mid-2014, my system was refined and battle-tested, ready to face the unpredictability of any financial market.

A Parallel Journey: Trading and Traveling

December 2014 marked the beginning of a new chapter. With the freedom my system afforded me, I turned to another passion: travel. Born into a family with a deep sense of duty—my father, a proud paramilitary officer—I had always been drawn to exploring my country. But now, my horizons expanded. Over the next few years, I traveled solo for over 20 months, visiting 75% of my country’s vast landscapes, each journey a new discovery, each place a new lesson. Trading and traveling became intertwined—a balance of discipline and adventure.

The Teacher’s Path

In 2016, I felt a shift. The knowledge I had amassed was not meant to remain within me; it was meant to be shared. I began teaching others, first as a freelancer across India and later, on a serendipitous trip to Thailand, to an international audience. My friend Pond helped organize free workshops in Bangkok, and I found myself speaking to curious travelers from all corners of the globe, all eager to understand the intricate art of trading.

Today, My Mission Continues

Today, my journey is far from over. Trading has become more than just a profession—it is a philosophy, a way of life. And as I continue to refine my craft, I am driven by one singular purpose: to share the knowledge I have gained with all the curious souls out there. Because the journey is never truly complete until you pass on what you’ve learned.

A Fighter’s Leap into Trading: The Journey That Transformed My Life

In 2016, my world revolved around the ring. As a professional boxer, my life was a cycle of training, discipline, and competition. My ultimate dream was to fight on an international stage, and Thailand became the place where I turned that dream into reality. I traveled across cities, facing new opponents, pushing my limits, and embracing the fighter’s lifestyle. Alongside me was my close friend and boxing partner, Navneet—a man whose focus wasn’t just on the physical battles in the ring, but on the financial battles of the stock market.

The moment that changed everything happened on a long bus ride to our next event. As we sat in silence, preparing mentally for our upcoming fight, I noticed Navneet staring at stock charts on his laptop, completely engrossed. Curiosity got the best of me, and I finally asked, “What’s going on?”

With a knowing smile, he invited me to attend his next seminar in Bangkok. That class was an eye-opener. The way he explained trading made me realize that there was an entirely different fight going on—one of strategy, patience, and calculated moves, much like the ring. At that moment, I decided: I had to learn trading, no matter what.

The first month was grueling. Understanding the fundamentals of trading was as challenging as stepping into the ring for the first time. But if boxing had taught me one thing, it was that the sweat you put in during training saves you from bleeding during battle. I pushed through, learning the complexities of the market, making mistakes, and adapting my mindset.

One realization struck me hard—this was a way to gain true financial freedom. I had spent years breaking bones in the ring, but here was a method that allowed me to use strategy instead of sheer physical force. My journey into trading became just as passionate as my love for boxing. I kept training and fighting, but I dedicated every free moment to mastering this new skill.

After weeks of practice, I finally placed my first real trade. I lost 6 out of my first 10 trades, but to my surprise, I was still in profit. That was the power of the trading system I had learned from Navneet—calculated risk, structured decision-making, and discipline. For the first time, I saw a way to secure my future without relying solely on my body’s endurance.

The deeper I went, the more I fell in love with trading. I had already practiced hundreds of paper trades without a risk management strategy, but now, I had a well-structured plan to protect my capital. I made a promise to myself: I would never trade without a pre-calculated risk exposure again.

Today, my journey continues. The lessons from boxing and trading have merged into a philosophy I live by—discipline, patience, and calculated moves. Navneet and I built our careers in trading from two entirely different worlds, but the essence of success remains the same. It’s not about predicting the future; it’s about responding to the present with precision and clarity. And just like in the ring, in trading, victory belongs to those who prepare, adapt, and never stop learning.
